    Family with children Suitable for relaxation

    The breakfast was a highlight, with a great variety of tasty options. I really enjoyed the comfy atmosphere by the pool where the kids splashed around like it's their own water park!

    It wasn't cheap, but still felt worth it for the experience we had.

    The pool area was a true gem, and the staff was super attentive, helping us with every little request. Breakfast was delicious, offering various tasty choices. We appreciated the hotel's proximity to the beach and nearby restaurants.

    The TV in the room could have been larger, and we wished the mini bar had more stocked items for easier access.

    Everything was modern from the welcoming service to the outstanding food. Its location a few steps away from Marina de Troia was great and incredible. And the area was beautiful, so close to Comporta for dinner or lunch, the ocean and the river, and main beaches:)))

    Beautiful location!!

    The facilities in general were not up to the reputation of the hotel. I detected several failures. The air conditioning did not work on my arrival & needed to be fixed, on the first day of my stay the room was not cleaned until late afternoon, I did not have wireless Internet in my room & even in the hotel lobby the quality of the Internet was poor and I was given a beach towel with a whole. These are things that cannot happen in a 5-star hotel!

    The superior beautiful double room was spacious and very comfortable with amazing views of the river and sea. Breakfast was a highlight, offering freshly baked pastries and high-quality ingredients, which exceeded my expectations from my previous stay in troia.
